All images and/or designs remains the property of JPG until paid in full. JPG agrees to award all rights associated with ownership and usage of designs or materials developed by JPG to the client upon receipt of final payment for said designs or materials. Until such time JPG retains and reserves all rights to any content created by JPG. Once full payment is received by JPG, the client account will receive a "Paid in full" status at which time all rights connected with usage, full and unrestricted, will be released to the client for use in all media, in all markets, for an unlimited period of time.
